Great value compared to other ones. I like that Full Spectrum Turmeric by Planetary Herbals has a pepper extract already so that absorption is increased. Others lack this ingredient. Great for a multitude of uses, I’ve been taking this for general antioxidant support and its anti-inflammatory properties. I had some issues with inflammation and this has been helping me I believe. Also great for those looking for liver support or those that exercise at high intensities.

The only reason I gave Full Spectrum Turmeric Extract 450 mg by Planetary Herbals four stars is that I have only just started using it. I have fibromyalgia and have read a lot about the benefits of turmeric. It is not messy and the pill is not too big, I would say medium vitamin size so it is easy to swallow.

I love Full Spectrum Turmeric Extract 450 mg by Planetary Herbals because it contains the Pepperine that is essential when taking Tumeric. The Pepperine or black pepper makes the Tumeric bio available which means your body absorbs it much better. This product is one of the best priced ones I have found that is trustworthy and has the combination of ingredients necessary. If you dont’ have the the black pepper with your Tumeric, you are throwing away your money. Also Tumeric is a fat soluble compound so you want to take it with a meal that has fat in it. This also makes it more bio available.
